You can rest assured that our staff will make regular visits to check your home according to the schedule you designate. We will also visit your home after a major storm. David K. Monsour -
David Monsour directs the Property Management division of One World Realty, Inc. He began his career in real estate more than 30 years ago as a sales associate and real estate investor in Pennsylvania. In addition to assisting his clients with the purchase of residential real estate, he personally purchased and managed rental property.
David is a member of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®. He has comprehensive expertise and knowledge of local ordinances and market conditions. He understands that strict screening and constant supervision helps in the reduction in tenant turnover. Much of his success is credited to recognizing the importance of excellence in customer service, and he brings that quality to his clients in the real estate market.
